Real talk — I used to have absolutely no idea if I was actually making money reselling. I’d look at my PayPal balance and think “okay, cool” and call it a day. But once I started selling across eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and Etsy at the same time? Numbers got messy fast.

Platform fees here, shipping costs there, sourcing trips, supplies… I had receipts in my Notes app, a half-finished spreadsheet I never opened, and absolutely zero idea which platform was actually profitable for me. Sound familiar?

So I built something. And now I’m sharing it.

Introducing the Ania’s Finds Reseller Tracker

I created the Reseller Tracker PWA — a mobile-first web app you can install directly on your phone (no app store required) that tracks everything you need to run a profitable reselling business. Inventory, sales, profit breakdowns, expenses, goals — all in one place, all offline-ready.

What’s a PWA?

A Progressive Web App is a website that works like a native app. You open it in your browser, tap “Add to Home Screen,” and boom — it’s on your phone like any other app. Works offline too. No App Store, no subscription, just download once and own it.

What It Actually Does

Here’s every section inside the tracker:

📦 Inventory Tracker

Add every item you source with the purchase price, list price, category, which platform it’s on, and status (Sourced, Listed, or Sold). The app calculates your potential ROI automatically so you know before you even list whether something is worth your time.

💰 Sales Log

Log every sale and watch your net profit calculate in real time before you save. Platform fees auto-fill based on the rates you set (you control the rates since they always change). It deducts fees + shipping cost + COGS and gives you your actual take-home on every single sale.

📊 Profit & Loss Dashboard

This is my favorite section. See your Revenue, Gross Profit, Expenses, and Net Profit broken down by platform and by category. Switch between This Month, This Quarter, This Year, or All Time. Print a clean P&L report in one tap — perfect for tax season.

🧾 Expenses

Log all your business expenses — sourcing runs, shipping supplies, storage boxes, gas, subscriptions. These subtract from your gross profit so you see your real net number, not just the “before costs” version.

🎯 Goals & Targets

Set monthly goals for revenue, profit, number of sales, active listings, or items sourced. Progress bars fill automatically from your real data. Past goals archive as achieved ✅ or missed ❌ so you can actually see your momentum over time.

⚙️ Platform Fee Manager + Calculator

Enter your current fee % for each platform you sell on. Since fees change constantly, you control every number. Built-in fee calculator lets you plug in a sale price and instantly see what you’ll actually pocket — before you even list the item.

My Favorite Part

The profit by platform chart on the dashboard. Each platform has its own brand color — Poshmark in magenta, Depop in red, eBay in blue, Mercari in dark blue — and you can see at a glance which platform is actually making you money. For me, this completely changed how I decided where to list things.
